EXPERIENCE

With the increasing significance of technology today, it becomes apparent that R&D and Innovation management has to take into account not only customers and business economics but the environment and society as well.

Ownvent is set with a mission to bridge the Corporate Research and Development to the Campus thereby to enhance the learning curve of the candidates to meet the growing corporate and technology trend requirements and to expand the corporate RD and COE.

The Ownvent Theme

Ownvent Comprises of Hubs and Zones and Ownway. Hub is a Place where the requirements originate and gets evaluated. A zone is a Place where the requirements are worked upon and results are drawn. Ownway is the place where individuals turn to be inventors and innovators. Ownvent will act as a bridge between the Ownvent Hubs, Zones and Ownway that are set up with a perfectly synchronous manner such that each one will derive its benefit from one another.

THE CORPORATE

INCEPTION

The corporate Inception is designed for organizations that establishes components aimed to expand the research and excellence.

The Components For Corporate Inception

Each and every Organization will comprise of the below Hubs that are designated with a set of responsibilities targeted towards requirement gathering and results processing

TECHNOLOGY HUB	Technology Hub is set up by Ownvent to serve as a repository for the various technologies that are being adopted and being researched upon.
OWNVENT E-RD HUB	Extended Research and Development Hub aims to understand the research and development needs of an organization and to provide expansion through the Ownvent Campus Completion Drive.
OWNVENT E-COE HUB	Ownvent Extended Centre of Excellence [E-COE] is set up to enable the expansion of Centre of Excellence that exists within an organization beyond its boundaries.
OWNVENT I² HUB	I² Innovate and Invent Hub aims to serve as bridge between the I² zones planted at the campus and to extend the corporate support in terms of technical and strategy incubation and mentorship to the proposed Innovation requirements.
OWNVENT P2IP HUB	Ownvent will collaborate with the organization to set up the P2IP Hub that will serve as a collection and evaluation spot for the projects that will emerge from the P2IP zones

THE CAMPUS

COMPLETION

The Campus completions is designed for educational institutions that establishes components aimed to bridge the technical gap among the graduates there by allowing them to handle real world issues.

The Campus Completion Components

Each and every Organization Campus will comprise of the below Zones that are designated with a set of responsibilities aimed to provide controlled learning and requirement processing centres.

THE BAG PROGRAM	BAG Program -Bridge Accelerate and Grow [BAG] Program is designed to Bridge the technical Gap that Exists between the campus curriculum and the corporate activity, to accelerate the learning into the technology rather than the product and to grow the innovation culture among the candidates for every Proof of concept and prototype project undertaken. SIT FIRST SIT denotes See inside Technology. SIT first is the first of its kind approach that is undertaken to Peel the Product and to deliver the Subject Matter to the candidates where in the candidates are exposed to the underlying core concepts rather than the products as such. SME ZONE Subject Matter Expert Zone [SME] aims to create a technical bridge between the corporate consultants and the campus learning's. TECHNOLOGY HUB Ownvent maintains a repository of various core technologies in the Technology hub.
OWNVENT E-RD ZONE	Extended-Research and Development [E-RD] zone will pave a bridge to outsource the corporate Research and development needs there by allowing a direct access to the market demands for the campus candidates.
OWNVENT E-COE ZONE	The Extended - Centre of Excellence [E-COE] Zone will house the COE for several technologies set up within the campus. The COE will act as an entity to understand the best practices and continuous learning process that is followed in organizations.
OWNVENT I² ZONE	I² - Innovation and Invention Zone set up by Ownvent will aim to cultivate the innovative spirit among the candidates to facilitate innovations, inventions and patents.
PROJECT 2 INTERNSHIP AND PLACEMENT ZONE	Ownvent will aim to prove the efficiency of a candidate is directly proportional to his innovative ability and thrust for knowledge with the help of P2IP Zone.

THE INDIVIDUAL

IMPRESSION

The Individual is designed for Educational institutions that establishes components aimed to instil the spirit of entrepreneurship and to produce solutions to real world challenges.

The Individual Impression Components

Each and every Organization Campus will comprise of the below components that are designated with a set of responsibilities aimed to support convincing proposals that can turn to become marketable results.

OWNWAY DRIVE	Ownvent Individual Impression will allow the campus graduates to propose solutions, business cases and resolve the issues for the current and futuristic scenarios that might arise as a result of advent of technology.
INCUBATORS	Ownvent tries to set up Technology Incubators and Business Incubators to support the shortlisted proposals for the Incubation.
INVESTORS	Ownvent will support the shortlisted business proposals that are eligible candidates for Ownway with initial Funding.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSISTANCE	Ownvent is equipped with an Inbuilt IP Team that will evaluate the shortlisted Proposals to see if they are a candidate for the IP approval.
OWNWAY	Ownvent will declare the sucessful Ownway paved by its candidates in a final event of showcase the success which individuals had brought to the technical community and society at large.
